Smartfit Booking Policy

Please read carefully before booking any session. By booking in your appointment, you agree to the following terms.

I put a lot of care, energy, and time into every session I offer. My work is personalised, intuitive, and emotionally grounded, so it’s important that we’re the right fit for each other.

I recommend a quick phone chat first to get to know each other, explain how I work, and ensure there’s a mutual understanding before proceeding with a booking.

✨ Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed once booked. Payment of your session is to be paid in full before your session date. My calendar fills up quickly, especially in peak seasons Spring and Summer, so please book early to secure your preferred day and time.

✨ Rescheduling

A minimum of 7 days notice is required to reschedule. If you need to change your appointment within this window, a 25% rebooking fee will apply or the session may be forfeited. This is at my discretion based on circumstances.

✨ Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the limited number of appointments I offer and the time I invest in each client, refunds are not given for change-of-mind or short notice cancellations.

If I am unwell and unable to see you for your booked session, I will contact you as soon as possible and will rebook your session in the next available slot.

No refunds will be given if your session is cancelled due to me being unwell, injured or bereavement. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

✨ Respect & Professional Boundaries

I only work with kind, respectful, emotionally mature women who understand that this is a professional relationship, not a personal obligation.

If at any stage I feel a client has crossed professional boundaries through their conduct, communication, or behaviour, I reserve the right to cancel their session and issue a partial or full refund at my discretion.
